So I'm a pretty new Jeep owner. Always owned a full size truck. anyways. I picked up a 1990 Jeep Cherokee 2.5L 4 cylinder at an auction about a month ago. It pretty much just needed a new battery to get it started. Everything seems to be in its place. I changed all the fluids and checked rotor, cap and spark plugs, Bled the brakes. everything was in pretty good shape for sitting for over a year. I started it up and every works, it runs a little rough and at a higher RPM then I would think it should, I shifted it from Park to Reverse and it died off. stalled out like it was out of gas. It has gas. Not quite sure where to start. Any help will be most appreciated. thanks.
