89 Vacuum line question

89 Vacuum line question
My 89 4.0 Cherokee has a broken Vacuum line at the rear of the air cleaner . The rear of the air cleaner has two lines coming off of it one goes to the vacuum motor and the second one is broken. I can't find were it hooks into, it look like it should go straight to manifold vacuum by the diagram.
