Default 87 Cheerokee Electrical problem HELP !!!

Alright so i have just recently put in a new engine on my jeep. Ive put everything back together and it isnt getting any spark. I have power going to the coil but no power comming out of the coil which explains why im not getting any spark in the plugs. ANY IDEAS !!!!!!

And I also forgot that i have taken the coil and the little box the coil plugs into off and tried it on another jeep and it fired right up so the coil and the other part isnt bad.

Is the block grounded? Re-check all of the basic power supply connections. Better still, have somebody else check all of the basic power supply connections.

yea ive had a few people tell me a ground but im not exactly sure what grounds to be looking for anyway you can post some pictures or somthing ?

So I take it you.pulled a plug and.grounded it to the.block and have no spark? Put a screw driver in the distributor end of the coil wire and place it close to a ground. That will eliminate the distributor. Cps?

what new motor? do you have the right flywheel/flex plate

I got it !! i had a bad relay. thanks for all your guys help tho. I am officially back in the Cherokee game
