86 2.8 v6 starts and dies, heat issues.
 

I just got my 86 from a elder man, the engine bay looks rough, stock but rough, It started fine when i got it a few days ago but now ill start it and it sounds like spudder and a little bit of miss fire, untill i get it going enough to hit the gas and rev it high for awhile then it runs fine.

Known things wrong/info:
-Oil in the carb area by the filter.
-few exhaust leaks.
-180k
-Don't know when the last tune up was
-heat is very luke warm if any, works best on def.

Any help would be great, Lets get my girl back road worthy, I'm mechanic friendly and have years experience in 4cyl race cars, and FI cars, this is my first v6 and first carb! :D
