84' 2.8L no crank!
well i just got another Xj but its a 2.8 and i know NOTHING about these engines! so i went to crank it with the jumpers on my 98 xj and had 13-14 volts running into the system. i went to crank the 84, and it'll only crank EXTREMELY slow for like half a rotation or something. is this starting system related, or engine seized up? (it has been sitting for 3+yrs..........) any tips?

Engine: 12 hole bosch Injectors
pull the plugs and spray some lube in the cyl hole try to turn by crank shaft bolt with a socket and rachet see what happens
