Hey guys my 8.25with newish brakes and good drums squeals like it has bad brakes all the time but its even worse if I'm going slower and than stop. I was wondering if there's an adjuster or something so that I can get rid of that crappy noise. Thanks! Oh and I did search lol and I have bled my brakes.

That's a pretty vague description there. You can start by using brake cleaner and a rag to clear off any brake dust. (DO NOT use compressed air - brake dust is not something you want to inhale ever). Start there first. If the noise persists - it could be a number of things such as a bound up line, loose adjuster, pad shim, etc.
Start simple, then work your way up.

how do you tighten up the adjuster??
there are two ways:
1) use emergency brake because this brake system auto ajusted by it.(this works when all works in the drums. all clean etc...)
2) rotate adjuster through the ajust window , but wheels must rotate without locking or drums wil be overheated when you drive.

My e brake cable immediate well never got hooked up after the swap. Would this screw with the auto adjuster?

One, your self adjusters are frozen. They are pretty inexpensive. My second thought is the e-brake not being connected is causing the adjusters to not properly function. I know on YJ's they have to be there. I have not been inside the XJ's drums yet.

Good luck

*Update* adjusters weren't functioning so replace them and hooked up the e brake and now everything is tighter and doesn't make any stupid noises! Thanks guys!
