Blower Motor Fan not working

Hey yall, I purchased an '01 Jeep Cherokee as a fix-up car a couple months ago and have been having problems with the Heating/Cooling fan, I replaced the breaker and it did nothing, then I went on to replace the blower motor resistor which did not improve it at all. I suspect it's the blower motor, but I haven't done any further research, anyone have any solutions? Thanks

Can you put 12v to it directly, bypassing the switch and resistor, to see if it works at all?

Unplug the motor, then use a multimeter to test to see if there is power coming out. If so, you might need to replace the motor itself. The motor on my jeep also needed to be replaced.
