5speed conversion
I know it sounds stupid but I have a 1999 cherokee classic and I want to convert it to a standard transmission. I would sell it and buy a 5speed but I really like mine and know it inside and out. I have a 96 4.0 4x4 cherokee with a 5speed that was rolled. I have a pretty good idea whats involved but I wanted to know if the parts are compatible and if the computer needed to be changed and if yes if the 96 computer would work.
