Going to look at an XJ by my friends house today for 500. He called a few days back and the guy told him it needs front bearings, brakes, and a battery. The bearings are about 80 or 90 a piece for the hub replacement, 100 for a battery and we'll say 50 for brake pads. so i guess not a bad deal for about 800.
Thats all i know about it. No year or what motor. I will update/post pics when i take a look at it. I will probably take battery out of my truck to make sure the jeep runs.

Kind of a pointless thread but hopefully it works out for me.

 

yea just at least make sure it runs if you can and check fluids and rust and stuff.
