so awhile back while on a trail i had some of the bushing go bad on the linkage rods for the 4wd selector most likely the AZ heat. so i picked up some replacements from Autozone which are a pain. so i decided to try something new.

I went and got 2 heim joints from Harley Davidson which are metric and i couldnt find a piece of all thread in Metric so 1 i will weld on and on the other side i got a bolt that i will cut off the head and weld a coupler to the rod and bolt so the other side of the heim is adjustable.Then i will run a bolt about the same size so there isnt a whole lot of slack and drill a hole and use a cotter pin to hold it together so it can still pivot. ill get some pics posted soon. hope it works..
