How hard are their Lift kist to install? Here's a link to the particular one I'm looking to install:

and also I was planning on using the RC 9000 Gas shocks JCWhitney Recommends for this kit unless I found something better.
Thanks For The Help.

I just put it on my 2000 and I love it. Its not hard to install, you just need patient, especially if you have a rusty underbelly and then you will be cussin right and left because of bolts twisting off. It took me about 8 hours to install mine. Just be sure to order the control arm drop bracket kit also. It will make your Jeep right a lot smoother.

I would recommend this kit i have done research and considered going with it but i can risk having to get an SYE. Also dont go with that kit from JC whitney it buy direct form RC they have great costomer service and they will hook you up. Make sure you dont get blocks!

Rough country is awesome with customers and I love my set up!! it was easy I had my done in 6hr with a friend. Another thing is mine didnt need a sye just the drop cause the yokes were rubbing, and works great. All the flex I can want, and real nice ride when you break it in

Yeah, speaking of RC's customer service. When I was looking for my lift I asked them about the control arm drop brackets just to see what they could do about making a package deal. And after only talking to them for a couple minutes they said they would knock off a little over a hundred bucks just for buying both products.

Do your self a huge favor and do not order from JC Whitney.. I would contact RC direct and deal with them. JC Whitney isn't known for standing behind the product.
Here's is what you need to get ...and get new leaf packs.

Well all ya really need is basic hand tools that are the proper size, a big breaker/cheater bar for the rear leaf spring bolts and control arm bolts and so on.. Also you can remove the front coil springs without the need of a spring compressor. Granted air tools will make life so much easier. Also get a can of PB Blaster and start soaking you shock mounting colts, leaf spring bolts, control arm bolts and any other bolt that will have to be removed. Soak it for a while to help loosen them up. When you go to remove the rear top shock mount bolts get a ratchet and long extension and turn lightly both directions to work it a bit before just removing it. This will help loosen it and just maybe prevent snapping the heads off. But a simple answer is yes hand tools like wrenches and sockets are a must have and some big **** wrenches for the bigger bolts.

i dont have the rc kit. but i have a 5.5 coil in teh front with a 2in spacer and the rear is a bastard pack with a 1.25 shackle took me about 4.5hrs to do it all. and i dont run a sye or a tcase drop kit. just the lift and 31s and it gets wheeled pretty hard. dosent see the street very much. but i drove on the street for teh first time a few days ago. it body rolled pretty bad(no sway bars) but as long as i dont rally car it it drove fine no drive line vibration and no death wobble.
