4.0L head swaps

4.0L head swaps
okay need some help buddy of mine had a 95 with a bad head and i have a 98 with a blown block. Can he use my head off the 98. I've done some looking and it looks like there are different heads with different port sizes. but if he uses my intake and exhaust header it should work right? please comment if you have any insight into this.
