I read a article on this exact thing in jp mag,it said that lat 80's and real early 90's(think up to 91) 4.0 had that problem.they said they had to replace all of them.I think they even said they herd of some cherokee's burning to the ground. You can probably find the article on JP'S WEB SITE ,it was a write up on a cherokee,im wanting to say it was on a 90 also.

Did they still have the plastic caps on them. And petroleum jelly and works well also. And it is easier to take off the fuel rail and first pop all of the injectors into the rail. I spent about 2 hours dealing with injectors once.

did you replace the O-rings due to them leaking or because you had them removed.?? maybe you dont have them pressed in far enough?? wrong O-rings? dirty injector seats?

you probally did unless you have the fuel line disconnect tools.........i know when i removed mine i had Tons of carbon deposits under the o-rings. if this want cleaned out on my intake i was sure they wouldnt seat/seal correctly...maybe you need to remove them and check that out.
