Default 4.0 - cast exhast or tube headers?

Pulling apart the 94 that a tree fell on,, I noticed the exhaust manifold is a "tube header" not a cast iron manifold I was expecting.
Did the 4.0 (94) come stock with "tube manifold" or cast ?

They were tubes up through '99. The 2000 and 2001 had two piece cast iron manifolds, one for cylinders 1-3 and another for 4-6.

Edit: Entered in error.

My exhaust manifold is welded tube construction.
