33's under 4.5 Rough Country lift?
I have a 4.5 rough country lift. Could i fit 33's under this? or how much trimming would be necessary?

With Flares...
I only had a small rub in a certain spot on my front flare when I turned left.
Now I am in the process of removing flares, and cutting and folding the fenders. Only have the front done for now..
no more rubbing when i turn left.
I have the Rough Country 4.5" lift, but on my Jeep it measures out to be about 5.5" and my tires are 33x10.5x15

Mine didn't rub on the street but the first trip out I ripped of a front flare. I cut about 4" of fender in the front and cut and fold in the rear and still rubbed a little.

I run 4 1/2 front and 6 rear with a lot of trimming and yj flairs on my trail rig and at full flex have no rub at all with only factory bump stops. This might not be everyones choice but it gets the job dune well. I post from my phone but my buddy started a build thread under Brutal xj for me. Its not up dated but shows that much.

great offroad tire, awful on road tire. if this thing is your DD i would vote radials. i ran them and only got about 20k, they dont get along well withthe road but like i said an amazing offroad tire. and if your doing the 4.5" lift they would look a tad small

I've got 31" khumo kl71's on mine, and they're about the best road mannered mud tire I've run that still does great offroad and look mean as hell. Definately considering going up to 33's or maybe even 35's of these same tires eventually on my 4.5" RC lift. Of course trimming and proper bumpstopping is key.

This is my front
This is the rear
I run 4.5 rc and 33s and this is what mine looks like. I run a little in the rear at full flex but I'm not running bump stops at the moment either.
