3000 mile collapsed lifter

I am trying to diagnose my misfire/nofire on cylinder 5 in my 2000 auto. I have removed the valve cover to find intake rocker on cylinder 5 just floating.

While running I can push down on the rocker and feel a pretty solid lobe on the cam, giving me (what looks like) the same "up" distance as the others.

With engine off, I can "squish" the rocker down on the pushrod side and hear oil squish out of it, but seems it will not pressurize with more oil.. I'd like to know opinions, or what my options are. I have 3000 miles on a fully rebuilt stock motor. With new cam and lifters. And a failing lifter.

If the lifter were "clogged" would I still be able to push oil out of it?

I read 50 on the oil gauge at idle and all other pushrods are distributing oil as they should. No oil up the bad one.

Thanks in advance.
