Default 3" suspension lift 31.91" tires?

I just recently purchased a 99 jeep cherokee from a private owner that purchased it in a government auction in from the U.S. Forestry commision with 60000 miles, and purchased a 3" Skyjacker lift that came with the shocks, coils, and add a leaf for it and a set of 31.91" all terrians and need to know if they will fit? If not what would be the best way because the jeep will still get a good bit of driving and with those tires and the lift. It will already be six to six and a half inches and i don't want to get it too much higher, any help will be much appreciated?

They should fit with maybe a little trimming but you should be okay......

'99 is the newer body style where clearance is more of an issue- however with 3" lift and some minor trimming you should be OK.

The other thing is with the three inch lift will i have to replace any of the break lines or anything else.... and what all sort of trimming will i have to do. the jeep i have has the plastic fender skirts can i just remove those and replace them with wider flares?

i would recomend replacing the rear brake line at least because it will definitely be to short you can a the rear hose off of a yj to gain th extra length and in the front just unbolt your brakeline from the fender well bend it down and reatach it to the fender with a selftapping screw and you should be ok thats what i did on mine and have had no problems yet
