yea you'll need shocks, extended brake lines, and a transfer case drop. depends how far you want to go.

x2 and shock and extended brake lines. Not everyone needs a t-case drop, some people can go 4 inches without one. I have a 2000 XJ, but i needed one, it all depends on your jeep.

If your ever planning on going bigger than 3 or 4 inches in the future, just skip the t-case drop and get a SYE

lube lube lube, start spraying everything you will be replacing with pb when you place your order, spray it every day till you get your kit. be ready to break your rear upper shock bolts even after lubing mine still snapped. hammered out the broken bolts drilled out holes from behind the rear seat and put in new bolts.

I put a 3in lift on my jeep last year and i only replaced my shocks. I havent had a problem with anything. The only thing i have a problem with is a slight wobble but rdeskater told me to get a pitman arm drop and that will do away. I didnt extend my brake lines or drop my transfer case and im good.

I'm looking at doing the same thing. I have been looking for 3" FULL pack rear spring, NOT aal. Just looking for the cheapest price on them.

did you change your trac bar or lower control arms ? that may be your wobble there if you didnt

I didnt do an adjustable trac bar on mine YET... I just followed Rough country's instructions with my 4.5 in full spring pack kit and drilled a hole 3/4" on the trac bar axle mount. it does concern me that this hole will wallow out eventually so when I do get the cash up for the adjustable trac bar I'm going to cut up some 1/4" plate and weld it up to solidify the mount b4 I install the adj bar.

No i didnt change anything at all. Just what the lift came with which was front coils, rear aal, and shocks. But i will check in to those things. I think the bushings in my lower control arms are a bit worn cuz i can grab them and twist as hard as i can and they will move a little, and my trac bar seems fine. But i will check both of them things when it gets a little warmer.

I just went with a Rusty 3 inch - I have the Dana 35 axle which apparently doesn't need the tc dropping. I didn't adjust the trac bar. Installed the kit with the included brake extensions clips, put a tc drop kit on anyway as it was only $20. Have done nothing else and it's great. 80mph on motorway and there's the slightest wobble but you only notice if you are trying too !

I'd go Rustys again !!
