Default 3 error codes

I have 3 error codes im trying to fix. First off let me say that i am a new Jeep owner! My wife is not. I just bought a 99 cherokee sp for her. It has 131000 mi on it has never seen a trail and seems clean. I paid 1500 for it.Now for the problems im getting a P 0138(02 downstream of cat conv)
a p 0705 (trans range sensor) and a p 0740 (Tcc malfunction) Now I think i can replace the o2 sensors myself but any recomendations would be appreaciated! From what i can tell the trans range sensor is the NSS switch that needs to be cleaned? And the Tcc malfunction is the torque conv solenoid? Where is it located? Is it hard to replace?

Oxygen sensor isnt hard to do, spray the threads down with PB blaster for a week before (being careful to let it evaporate before running engine)

Range sensor, I would assume that is the NSS. Take it off and clean it, theres writeups on pretty much every jeep forum on this.

The TCC malfunction may be a bad solenoid.

Its inside the trans, you have to drop the pan to change it.
Ill find you a writeup later. Time to go back outside and work on mine
