3.5" Rear leaf springs

I'm new here so go easy

Can Rustys 3.5" leaf springs be placed on the rear with out doing anything to the front?

Sure, why not? but why would you lift the back and not the front?
I would suggest new grade 8 bolts on any install.

I want to lift it all in the next few months.But for now,my rear springs are flat and I need them replaced first.Thanks for the help.
