Feel dumb for asking but can't find anything in the manual either. 2017 Cherokee - the 2nd row/rear passenger has two little vents on the middle console to have a little control on the air flow back there. But which climate control option from the main touchscreen (or manual) actually makes air blow out those vents? We have played with the 'dial' for open/close and we have chose every climate option (feet, defrost, face, face/feet etc) and turn the fan on full blast but the barest and I mean barest trickle of air is all that comes out of those little rear vents no matter what or how fast a speed we try from our main controls. What actually controls the air pushed to those vents or are they sort of a 'dummy' feature without much use. It is too cold back there for our newborn while we roast to death in the front trying to heat the whole jeep enough for him in our usual far below zero northern MN winters.
