I got my Timken bearings for the 8.25 at rockauto, too. Yes, they
are cheap. Get some extra outer seals for spares.

Did Spicer ever make a Chrysler 8.25 bearing?
Looks like timken=koyo
Not sure what napa brand is
Skf is like 30$ each which is triple or more every thing else?
