2001 GC right signal lights stay on???

2001 GC right signal lights stay on???
Have a 2001 GC and the right turn signal light stays on . . . Even when the car is turned off!
The signal flashes normally when the headlights are off. Signals like a bulb is out when the headlights are on. Overhead console warns me that my signal light is on.
I've changed all the bulbs . . .
Pretty sure it's a grounding issue . . . Please tell me where to look for the grounds . . .
Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated!
