I just did a rebuild kit on the motor and have put it back into the jeeps engine bay. Have all wires connected along with all grounds. I have power to everything inside the jeep but it will not crank or turn over. I turn the key over and the only thing that happens is the fuel pump cuts on and thats it. Any takers on what might be there problem or some solutions?

You have done to much for an logical reason. There could be so many things you did. Did you change any sensors with older or newer versions. Did you hook everything up properly. is your battery dead lol.

Just so many different answers here.

You probably need to start at the starter and solenoid. Make sure they are getting power when the key is turned to "start".

If they are, then make sure everything is lined up--engine, transmission, torque converter, starter--perfectly with no binding.

Did you turn the engine over by hand before installing plugs? If not, pull the plugs and turn it over with a breakover bar on the crankshaft bolt. Make sure it turns freely and smoothly.
