Default 2000 XJ Rear Wiper

Hey y'all. I haven't used my rear wiper in a while and tried to turn it on the other night but it gave me some trouble. When I got home I figured out that the washer hose was wrapped around the shaft. I unwrapped it and it still wouldnt work. When you hit the switch you sometimes hear it click but thats it. It still shoots fluid but the blade doesn't move. What could it be? Is there a fuse for it somewhere?

Mine stopped working a while back. My switch fell apart/broke. It's fairly easy to get the switch out of my 2000 XJ and the autoparts store had it the next day for me. I think it was around $20. Just something to check. Good luck

The fluid problem is probably a completely seperate issue. I would check the hose to make sure it's not pinched somewhere. The washer fluid pumps went bad on my XJ so I replaced them. Neither pump would work...at all. They are under the front driver side fender and plug right into the resevoir tank. If you remove the plastic fender well liner and look up in there with a flashlight, they are right there.
