If you're gonna change it, why do you need a pin out? To test it first?
I don't have the pinout but i'm sure someone else here does.
Good luck on changing it, its a regular PITA!
Without the right tools to get at it, you might want to have a shop do it.
And if and when you replace it, use an OEM Mopar sensor.
