I took my Cherokee mudding and it stalled out in the middle of a hole. Went to start it again and wouldn't even crank. Got it out of the hole, installed a new starter and before it fried my battery, in accessory mode it gave me a BUS 5 error. Still wouldn't crank. Replaced the battery and plan on getting a new starter, can anyone offer their two cents though?? All the forums I've seen with the BUS 5 error the jeep still starts, so I don't think that's the problem.
