2001 Cherokee sport
I have a 2001 Cherokee sport with 164k, mines doing the same thing. Shaking while Idiling, going through coolant but it's not leaking under the hood. Oil pressure goes to 0 At a complete stop. Code on my check engine light reads "misfire in 3rd cylinder" and I put on the heat shield and all that. So it's my head?

If your oil pressure is truly dropping to zero, it's no longer just your head, but also your bearings. Check your oil pressure with a mechanical gauge to verify the low pressure and rule out failure of the sending unit. If the oil pressure really is that low, there's no point in putting a new head on that block.

no rust
starts and runs perfectly, no problems with 300,000 miles and counting and the engine and transmission is stock no replacements or repairs have been made.
