The crank case ventilation? One is just a hole. The other is just a small hole. Filtered air is pulled from the air box through the valve cover then into the intake manifold. The oil vapor rich air is pulled into the combustion chamber where it lowers the octane rating of the overall charge mix/gets burnt for emissions.

If you are looking to replace them you will need the following parts. These can also be acquired locally, my NAPA had them all but I'm sure other big box parts stores either have them on hand or can order them in.
2 of these grommets.
Then one each of these.
Small hole elbow goes in the rear and the tube goes to the intake manifold. Large hole elbow goes in the front, tube to the airbox.
