Default 2-door vs 4-door driveline

Figured they are the same, but thought I'd ask. Might go look at a 2-door 4wd with a rusted body (holes in the unibody, apparently) that runs well with a good working 4wd. Seems like a good possible candidate for a 4wd swap into my rust-free 4-door.

But, before I commit, is there any difference between the 2wd and 4wd driveline?

Awesome. Didn't think there was, but figured I'd ask before I got too deep.
