Default 1999 XJ No Injector Pulse any ideas?

I have a 1999 xj 4.0l that has a crank, no start condition. Spark is there but there is no injector pulse after the initial pulse when you turn over the key. So when you try to start it, it cranks away and the noid light shows one flash as soon as you turn the key over but does not continue to flash as the motor turns over. The entire distributor which includes the camshaft position sensor is new as well as the crankshaft position sensor which is also brand new. The obd2 port does not turn on a scan tool or code reader, so there must be no power there. I have tested all fuses multiple times throughout these past couple weeks and cannot find anymore bad fuses. I do not have the fuse cover so im not sure which fuse goes to what until i found a diagram on another thread here. I have seen other people have had this problem but mostly on the obd1 systems. And i am looking for some insight on the newer obd2 systems. Any help would be greatly appreciated as i am without a vehicle.

Had similar when trying to start a motor i had just finished rebuilding; it ended up the distributor was off. Double check and re stab the distributor.

BeardedJeep glad you have yours figured out and running.

I haven't pulled my distributor but well check it any way. But am now getting no buss data even after unplugging dist. coil, and everything else I can get to.

Disconnect the crank sensor and see if the 'No Bus' is gone.
