1999 cherokee sport, 4.0 L,
I need to change both front bearing/hubs. Are there different hubs for the 1999 depending on date of manufacture ? (i.e. were 3 different brake rotor hubs listed for the 1999 based on the month it was built.)

Wheel stud length and type of rotor (cast vs composite) originally installed were the differences. PO may have mixed & matched. You want a match, doesn't matter which type. Maybe this will help:
