1998 XJ no speedo, odometer or cruise?????

I have a 1998 Cherokee classic the speedometer odometer and cruise control dont work. I have done all the advice I can find anything else would be great. Please help

What I've done;

Cleaned all ground connections
Pressed/held the trip reset and turn key on
Pressed/held the trip reset and started and shut off Jeep
Removed and cleaned the connections on the back of the cluster
Replaced the VSS ($54)
Replaced the TSS ($119)

Don't know about the speedo but the cruise is affected by the vacuum ball in the front bumper.

Replaced my vacuum ball and my cruise control works perfect.
