Start by getting an OBD2 scan tool that will show you what your fuel trims and throttle position sensor, and coolant sensor are doing. Even if no codes are present, that data will likely create clues to follow (most likely fuel trim values will be unusual).

My favorite scanner is only $21.99 on Amazon:

Find your Idle Air Controller (IAC) located on your throttle body and, with the engine idling, detach the electrical plug from it to see if that changes the character of the symptoms you're experiencing. If not, the IAC may need some cleaning, with additional cleaning of the seat it closes onto in the throttle body. This might be done by judiciously spraying carb cleaner in short applications into the throat of the throttle body while it's idling. Do not open the throttle body plate because then the cleaner will bypass the IAC port where it's needed. If that doesn't improve the idle you may have to physically remove the IAC and clean it manually, including the seat aforementioned, and reinstalling it. The IAC has a couple positions controlled by the computer for best mixture and if not properly operating due to contamination, or complete failure, stuttering is a symptom. I mention the foregoing because it fixed my problem of a stuttering condition at idle and poor fuel metering at higher revs.
