I have a intermittent problem with my O2 sensors I keep throwing codes for heater circuit in sensor 1 and voltage in sensor 2 I was wondering if anyone knows where the grounds for the sensors are it causes my jeep to bog and run rich mostly does it after start up or if idling for a bit
My xj
They are new O2 sensors
I just saw this photo and the grounds it is pointing at. Would some of these same ground points apply to a 1994 XJ? For years I have been having O2 sensor codes pop up and an odd transmission shifting problem which seems to be electrical in nature (TCM?). Since both of these seem to go here I was wondering now if it's all related to a grounding problem.

On your XJ the O2S and TCM are grounded at the oil dipstick tube bracket stud. On '97 + XJ's this is the spot for the DLC ground.
