1996 XJ starts and dies
Picked this unit up as a project for my boys. Previous owner was driving and it died so he started throwing parts at it. Every sensor I mean EVERY sensor has been replaced including fuel pump fuel filter distributor plug wires cap rotor 6 new plugs ECM battery starter coolant temp sensor ecm is not throwing any codes. Jeep will start and instantly die. Has the recommended amount of fuel pressure. I checked the injector wiring with a noid light and it seems to loose signal when it should be getting fire. No the engine position sensor has been replaced and from what I read that’s where the signal for the injectors comes from. Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated

What are the Ohms from the battery positive post to the terminal at the starter? What are the Ohms for the positive post to the power distribution center? What are the Ohms from the negative post to the block? What are the Ohms from the negative post to the body?
What is the voltage across the battery when the vehicle is off? When the vehicle is cranking? When it is running, if possible?
