Angry 1996 XJ No Power at Fuse panel

1. I was jumping my fuel pump relay to test the pump and accidentally touched a couple wires together. Now I have no power to my inside fuse panel. Would this be a fusible link that I screwed up or what? Please let me know where to start looking.
Thanks!

Check the main fuses (should be two 40(?)amp) under the dash on the driver's side.

I'm not the best with electrical, but that's a good place to start anyway.

Check the power distribution center in the engine bay passenger side. Should be position 3 fuse, 40 amp, color orange. It is the black box next to the washer fluid bottle. The flip side of the cover has the positions of the fuses engraved so you can follow it. If that fuse doesn't fix it, check the other fuses. Change if broken. And don't get them mixed up and out of position.

I checked the fuses in the power distribution box and they are good. Still no power to the panel inside of the jeep.

I would change fuses 1, 2, and 3 in the PDC. They are cheap to change and sometimes they break and you can't see it.
