Hello there, I have a 1996 Jeep Cherokee Sport, inline 6 (4.0 L), 4x4. Anyhow, I need to fix my air flow coming out of my vents. I can toggle the **** on the heater control panel all day, but low air flow comes out. Whether its on low, high, or whatever. I replaced my blower motor resistor and it still only blows out little air. My dad bypassed something and the air worked just fine. Blew out super hard and cold. But, the wire started to warm up so we removed it. So, I know it can be fixed but Im clueless. I have a newborn and I dont really have the time keep buying and buying parts til its fixed.
Help! Please!!!

PS) Do I need to simply take my dash panel off, and take off my heater control panel and replace my blower motor switch?

I'd take a good look at the plug and resistor pack for the blower motor. Passenger's side under the dash. They have a habit of melting.

So get this, took my dash off, unscrewed the switch panel, the damn plug well right off the switch. Jesus! LOL!
