got a 1990 cherkoo 4x4 if i lift it 2 inches will i fit 31 1050s?

A 2" lift would work for 31s on a street queen but, if you want to be able to flex it out on the trail you would need at least a 3" lift so it's not rubbing everywhere. More like a 4" lift for good flex room unless you are planning to do fender trimming.

It is my weekend warrior drive it to and from work durring the week and i live in Florida not to many trails were I Need alot of flex I do some mudding

2" lift should work fine for you then.
