So all of the sudden my jeep is giving me codes 33 and 35. Code 33 is the connecting is open or shorted for the AC clutch and code 35 is the open or shorted connection to the efan. I checked all the wiring and there are no shorts, I bypassed the relays and everything worked fine, I jumped the fan and the AC compressor and both work. What else can cause this? I have a 95 Cherokee sport

 

Turns out it was the 15 amp ignition fuse under the hood! Swapped it out and was good to go!

 

Thank god for this post spent 3 day messing with the e fan and tons of wiring after my A/C and E fan stopped working on my 95 country. It was a blown 15 amp ignition fuse
