1995 4.0 HO engine rebuild on a budget

OK so its time to go ahead and get this started before my toy ends up down.
Little back story. Engine in it has 298012 on the clock. No knocks and doesn't burn oil but has major crank case pressure causing crazy amount of blow by. Highway speeds 1 full quart every 30-50 miles lol. trail riding not so bad.

I have a donor 93 4.0 jeep that supposed have a good engine in it. The bay caught fire burning all the wires and hoses but wasn't a long fire based on how clean it looks. clock on her is 168k. I'm gonna work on getting it pulled this month and getting it cleaned up and tore down. I know I could just do a swap but I would rather go ahead and do it for piece of mind. I would like to do everything for $700. I will do most of the work my self. Only out source part will be the machining but that could actually be done for free. Uncle owns a shop lucky me. But for the sake of budget consider machinery work at fair price. So with that said what are your suggestions on where I should order the kit from and aside from the kit what else will i need. Not talking about fluids obviously lol. Im not a mechanic but very mechanically inclined. I also have access to a top notch mechanic for help when needed. and access to every tool possible as well.

I have gotten a good bit done so far.
Heads removed. And could tell rings are worn/broke on #6 cylinder so I kept going. I now have the block ready to be pulled.

Few things I have learned so far
Top bolts on bell housing are a torx E-12 socket. However I used a 3/8 wrench instead. It worked pretty good and was able to get to them threw engine bay since head was pulled. I will use correct socket putting them in. But small town Sunday not part stores were open.

When removing heads I would suggest getting some Help. I'm a pretty big guy 300+ lbs and I was barley able to get them. I also left the manifolds on the head. Way easier getting to those bolts that way.

Pics seem to show up for me. Standard 4.0. I never plan on going over 35s so 4.0 is plenty of power. Ill do a gears if I need more torque.
