So far i have an airaid air intake kit installed and its completely stock besides that, it runs well and 4wd works, what im wondering is if anybody thinks it would be worth to put money into it? thinking about a RC 3 inch lift and bigger rim/ tire package...i just dont know if it will be worth it (165,000 miles btw and its my first car)
Thanks
Thanks

Well the 3" RC is inexpensive so if something happens you wont loose to much money and the tires and wheels you could always sell and as long as the jeep is running well i say go for it

Do it..... Ive got a 93 XJ and wouldnt trade it for anything.
I use mine just for something to go to the hunting camp in and so far with a 4" lift and 33's ive done everything I want to do with it.
And if you decide you dont like it im sure someone will jump on it if you decide to sell it. Anything with a lift and tires sells well.

If you're on the fence due to the age and mileage but know that you wanna stick with an XJ, all lift and tire upgrades, infact pretty much any upgrade, can be swapped onto a newer one should yours fall into a state of disrepair. At least thats the logic I use when thinking about upgrading mine.

my 93 runs like a beast granted i had to get the bottom end rebuilt while i was in iraq when my dad picked it up, but other than that all ive really done for regular parts was a new muffler cap and rotor tps pcv filter idler pully ac bypass pulley and fuel pressure regulator. so just keep an eye out for that stuff oh and the o2 sensor
