Default 1992 Jeep Cherokee Laredo 4X4 Ground

Hi All, Newbie here...
I have a 1992 Jeep Cherokee Laredo 4X4, Straight 6, 4.0 High Output.
The Jeep runs great in the warm summer Mo. However when the temp starts to get below the 50's the fuel pump will not engage. I can leave the key in the on Position and let it sit for a little bit and the relay will start clicking and the pump starts clicking and then it comes on. The colder it gets the longer it takes and under freezing I just can't drive it at all. I have changed the relay cleaned all the grounds that I know of, replaced the fuel pump and the tank and the filter. The grounds that I cleaned are all from the top where I could see them, Can anyone PLEASE help, am I missing a ground somewhere? Thank you so much in advance! This site is great! MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Just throwing this out there, could it be an internal problem in the pcm? it will control the control side of all the relays including fp. Take the computer in where its warm, re install into the cold jeep, see if it starts.
Good luck!

You need to confirm theres power to the relay when temps are cold . possible ignition switch issue ...?

Thanks freegdr, how would I go about doing that, using a tester on a fuse with the key on?

Find relay and pull it check slot in socket 30 I believe for power when keys in on position.
