It started again this morning ok. Now tonight doing the same thing as last night. I assume the buzzing is the fuel injectors pulsing and dumping fuel fast..? Could the the computer be going bad? any way to test?

Try this:

Cruiser’s Renix ECU Connector Refreshing
Many times when other fixes have failed, it becomes necessary to eliminate the ECU to harness connections as a cause. This requires removing the ECU.
Up under the dash, to the right of the steering column is the ECU. It is held in by three 10mm headed bolts to a bracket. It’s most easily removed using a ratcheting wrench but a socket will work.
Once you get the ECU down, unplug the two harness connectors from it. Visually inspect the connectors and pins.
Using a good quality electronics cleaner, liberally spray both of the harness ends and the ECU pin area.
Now, take a small pick or a dental tool and go to the harness connectors. Using the tool, tweak each female receptacle in the harness plugs so they will grasp the ECU pins more tightly.
Plug the harnesses back on to the ECU and reinstall it. I usually only use two of the bolts because the third is a bear.

I had already removed the ecu about a week about and check and cleaned the connections. I didn't tweak the female side of the connector though. I'll redo the sensors grounds as per your articles and see what it will do..

I did the steps under Cruisers Renix tips. I resoldered the sensors grounds in the main harness, tested the TPS ground, all the sensor grounds now read .3 ohms. Contact cleaner on all sensors and connections I could find.
When go to start the engine still seems to flood out. If I crank it after pulling fuel pump relay and starter relay connector for the fuel pump it starts and runs for a few seconds till it runs out of fuel.
If I leave the fuel pump relaysin and go to start, the injectors/ fuel rail buzz and can feel them vibrate. I presume this is the injectors pulsing..?
No idea what to do next, could it be that the ECU is just going bad?

Rare, but possible the ECU went down for the count.

I dont't want to through another hundred at it for the ecu and it not fix it, but I am baffled what else could be the problem. Could the new fuel pressure regualtor be bad, would that cause the fuel rail/injector buzzing/humming? I guess I might have to go shopping for a shop i nthe area that has experience with renix..

Test the fuel pressure with a borrowed gauge first.

After leaving it for a week with neither the time or desire I went to start it this morning and it started and ran great. Parked it outside to get my garage space back. Went out this afternoon, and it started running rough only stayed running if I kept my foot on the gas. Died and won't restart. Not sure why it does this.. something causeing the computer to dump too much fuel or some reason the replacement fuel injectors are spray to much fuel..?

Test the fuel pressure. The buzzing at the injectors could be air mixed with fuel.

Has stopped buzzing, has started the last three mornings while it was cold, wont restart later in the day floods out/smells of fuel. Wonder if something to with the cold in the morning... The air temp sensor seems a little high in the ohms... but no one sells a replacement...

Well now it starts most of the time, seems to like the cold weather. Occasionaly wont, usually when warmer out.. The air temp sensor seems a little out of range now, but no one sells one. Any idea who sells the Air Intake temp sensor?...

Ever thought of removing the IAT and cleaning it? I've done it and seen a 10% difference in ohms reading at 60*.
