Hi everbody I'm brand new to this forum and to wheeling. Just bought a 1990 cherokee somebody has already made into a trail buggy. This thing is really ugly but price was right. He has welded both axles he says but the right front wheel does'nt spin with the left one. He said to remove the actuator and this would lock the axle. Is there any truth to this and what covers up the hole? Jeep has been under water about 18 inches deep for a short time one day. Can any one help with this
