What is the point of the blower cooling tube? A long history of water in the passenger side foot well has been traced to a leak around the spot where the blower cooling tube connects to blower housing.
The non-oem replacement blowers do not have the tube.
Is it possible to drill a hole in the panel directly under to create a drain?
