Searched around but couldn't find anything posted prior, did cad delete have 4 high but the lever when going into 4 low was stiff. Now goes in but doesn't engage 4 low, and grinds when shifting back to neutral

Check the linkage. They're known for getting rusty and stiff

the linkage could use some adjusting, or once while I was riding in the dirt one of the linkages came off the plastic pieces that hold onto another linkage arm.
