My 99 xj has 144k miles just wanted to get suggestions for a good tune up

Good Plugs and Wires, Air Filter, Fuel strainer(inside tank) maybe a new Cap... Try some seafoam also.....

FUEL FILTER!!!! very important that you change this, can get you up to 3+ mpg if it is clogged and you change to a new one. they are like $5.
