Default 10mm spark plug wires...

So I've been looking at replacing my cap & rotor and spark plug wires. Im taking my time looking around the internet cuz it doesnt have to be done right away. So today I stumbled on the firepower ignition kit. It comes with everything and a "screamin demon coil", which they say can let you gap the plugs to .065 . Anyways it also comes with 10mm spark plug wires. This seems really big to me. I've read on here people using 8mm or even 8.5mm but never 10mm. Is this a good idea? I dont know if using the demon coil is the reason for this? Any thoughts...

Ive used 10 mil wires on a preformance application, but probably overkill ($$!) for the jeep.

I would tend to agree with the overkill thing. I'm only running 8mm on my 468 cu in BBF. No........it's not going in the jeep.

I agree with the whole overkill thing... thats why I was confused because its for our 4.0 jeeps. I saw one person with a zj running this setup. Is 8mm the way to go?

It's kinda like running C16 race gas in your grocery getter. You can do it, but why would you?

I'd say 8mm is more than fine.
