Default 01 Cherokee randomly dying

So yesterday I did some needed and preventative maintenance. I replaced all 4 O2 sensors, did an oil change, new battery, and replaced the coil pack. Now when driving it randomly dies out but all electronics stay on. Sometimes it will start right up and sometimes it won't start for quite a while. When I get back to where my Jeep is parked I am going to start by putting the old coil pack back on. What else should I look for? Is there maybe a critical connection near one of the O2 sensors I could have unknowingly goofed up? I have very little tools where I'm parked so I am going to bring everything I think I might need. Any suggestions on tools to bring outside of the basic ratchet and wrench kit I should bring? Sounds Like a CPS to me but with all the work I did the same day the symptoms showed up I don't feel like it's the CPS.

Forgot to mention there is no CEL but I'm going to bring my code reader to see if it maybe has a pending or stored code. Also are there any test procedures I should start with?

UPDATE: Got the old coil pack in and still dying out. While it was running I wiggled all the connections I messed with yesterday and all the connections near those that I might have moved. When I did this it did not cause the Jeep to die or stutter or change in any way. I tested the CPS with a Fluke and it tested good. I'm at a loss here guys.
